Privacy Policy

Bird Dash: Rogue Sky respects your privacy. This policy explains how the app and its third-party services handle information. Available services vary by platform and version.

1. Information Collection

The app and its services may process:

• Game progress, settings and user-created content, stored locally and synchronized through supported cloud services
• Player identifiers, profile names, avatars and scores for game services and leaderboards
• Device information and identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location
• Ad and app interactions, crash logs, performance and other diagnostic data, and privacy choices
• Purchase and transaction information; payments are handled by Apple or Google, and we do not receive full payment-card details
• Your email address and information you provide when contacting support

2. Use of Information

• Provide gameplay, save progress, support leaderboards and restore purchases
• Deliver and measure advertising according to your privacy choices
• Analyze performance, improve services and prevent fraud
• Respond to support requests

3. Tracking and Privacy Choices

On iOS/iPadOS, the app requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before tracking that requires it. You can change permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, use your device's advertising privacy settings.

You can also change advertising consent through the game's Privacy choices entry when available. You can play without allowing tracking. Refusing tracking does not stop all advertising or all data processing; ad personalization also depends on applicable consent choices.

4. Third-Party Services and Sharing

The app uses Google AdMob, Apple Game Center, iCloud, Google Play Games and platform payment services where supported. These providers process information for the purposes above under their privacy policies:

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising providers may use or share data for advertising and measurement according to their policies and your choices. Leaderboard profiles and scores may be visible to other players according to platform settings.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data remains until you delete it or remove the app and its data. Cloud saves, leaderboard entries and purchase records may remain with Apple or Google; use their account controls to manage them. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete cloud records.

We retain support information only as long as needed to handle requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold. You can withdraw applicable consent through the privacy controls above.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change, and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
